DMS partners with 2 website hosting companies in separate geographical areas so that there is a very small chance of complete and sustained failure for the websites we host. Our primary hosting center is in Dallas and the secondary center is in Atlanta. We keep backups of all websites at the secondary location in Atlanta so that we can turn on a site is a server fails in Dallas or in case of a catastrophic failure caused by a fire or natural event such as a hurricane.
We own the servers we use for hosting we and have the ability to remote-access all hosted websites. Your data and company information is secure with us.
Ask if your web hosting company uses domestic US-based datacenters or if they store backups of your websites offshore. Why?? Because not all hosting companies own their datacenters and some outsource their hosting to companies located in other countries who do not have to obey the privacy and confidentiality laws of the Unites States.
